Upcoming Lake Louise Yoga and Mountain Retreat

Join me this November for my 9th annual Yoga and Mountain Retreat in Lake Louise. Set in Banff National Park, Lake Louise is one of the most coveted and spectacular destinations in the world.

Your weekend away includes 4 different yoga classes, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, 2 nights in a renovated summit deluxe room, access to all hot tubs and pools, optional hike and all taxes and gratuities.

Our first evening together includes a fireside yoga practice in the gazebo. We will practice critical alignment therapy yoga, flow, restorative and meditation. You will leave the retreat feeling refreshed, renewed and more grounded.
