Expired Lake Louise Yoga and Mountain Retreat

Join me this November for my 8th annual Yoga and Mountain Retreat in Lake Louise. Set in Banff National Park, Lake Louise is one of the most spectacular and beautiful settings in the world.

Your weekend away includes 4 different yoga classes, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, 2 nights in a renovated summit deluxe room, access to all hot tubs and pools, optional hike and all taxes and gratuities.

Friday night is a fireside welcome practice in the gazebo which is always a very special event. This year, my friend and fellow teacher Kristy B is joining us and will be leading a gong sound bath, meditation and nidra practice on Saturday evening. She will also be offering optional morning meditation classes and optional add on osteo cranio sacral treatments.
