Hello! Yes, it’s true. I think Yoga is Awesome. Why? Yoga teaches us how to move more skillfully and functionally, on and off the mat. It’s also an opportunity to learn more about ourselves—like what’s serving us and what isn’t. For me, yoga has been a practice of connecting to the wisest parts of myself and the collective. It’s taught me how to walk this life with grace, wisdom, humility and a sense of humor. I’d love to share it with you. Join me for a yoga class in Calgary or a mountain yoga retreat in Lake Louise.
