Enjoy this class at home

Hi friends.  It appears we will be at home for some time due to Covid-19.  I am working on recording yoga classes for you to enjoy digitally at home.  In the meantime, here is a class that I recorded back in 2016.  Be well.  I miss seeing you all each week.
